Chess Grandmaster Alexandra Kosteniuk Gives a Chess Simul in Zurich, Switzerland

These photos were taken on September 18, 2005, during a simultaneous exhibition in Zurich, Switzerland, sponsored by Bank Hofmann. Alexandra only lost one game and made 6 draws, and won all other games.

The Simul was held as last year in the beautiful Hotel Savoy (Baur en Ville) in Zurich To the left Dr. Bruno R. Lang from Bank Hofmann (the sponsor) is welcoming everyone A good handshake is custom at the beginning of each chess game
