Chess Grandmaster Alexandra Kosteniuk Visits Kazan, Tatarstan (Russia) during the 58th Russian Chess Championships (Men)

There are many flowers and nice squares in Kazan Yes, statues of Lenin can still be found in Kazan in 2005, 14 years after the fall of communism Alongside statues of the great poet Alexander Pushkin

Alexandra is strolling along Bauman street. It was raining a few moments ago, but the sun is coming out Many buildings are in full reconstruction, Kazan had its 1000 year celebration just 1 week ago Some streets are being redone entirely, here the continuation of Bauman street
